Elizabeth J. Arrowsmith, CPG
Care Manager

Beth Arrowsmith has worked with the elderly and disabled for approximately 25 years, including 15 years as a geriatric care companion and five years as a care manager with one of the state’s largest guardianship agencies. As Care Manager, she developed, implemented and managed plans for the overall personal care needs of elderly or disabled people, primarily in court-supervised guardianships. Through many years of working with family members as part of the care management process, Beth has developed skill in meeting the family’s need for knowledge about the loved ones’ circumstances while honoring the client’s need for privacy and respect.

As Care Manager for Ohana, Beth manages client care issues, develops their care plans, prepares court reports on the person’s status, participates in financial planning for the clients to ensure that personal needs are factored into the plan, communicates with family members, arranges for ancillary services beneficial to the client, and advocates in the legal and care community for the unique needs and preferences of our clients.

Beth has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communicative Disorders, and has been a certified professional guardian since 2002. She maintains her certification through regular continuing education classes.

Prior to the fiduciary business, Beth worked in the developmental disabilities area with community based non-profit organizations such as Special Olympics and The ARC.
