Ruth T. Granen
Financial Manager

Ruth Granen brings to Ohana an extensive professional background as a banking relationship manager and trust administrator. Her background includes 15 years as a corporate Trustee at Bank of America and many additional years in banking services. Ruth has administered all types of trusts and worked closely with the investment managers, tax preparers, and estate planners. While working with many older clients as a trust administrator, Ruth recognized their need for assistance when moving from their family home to a smaller residence and resigned from banking to begin her own company in senior move management. After several years of providing this service she expanded her business to include interior design, a personal passion.

As Financial Manager for Ohana, Ruth is responsible for managing the financial affairs of specifically assigned clients, which includes budget preparation, cash flow management, bill-paying, oversight of domestic employee compensation, investment monitoring, income tax return coordination, and other financial issues unique to given clients' circumstances. She works closely with the persons involved with the management of our clients’ care to ensure that each client’s unique needs and preferences are upheld in the process of managing the financial affairs.

Ruth is a graduate of Cannon Trust School, Pepperdine University; and attended the University of Washington, majoring in graphic arts.

Ruth’s other interests include home renovation, gardening and shopping for vintage treasures.
