Webster is a Miniature Schnauzer born in May 2008. He joined Ohana full time in August 2008, when he was 10 weeks old, immediately fulfilling his role as manager of office morale.

His duties include greeting all employees upon his arrival to ensure they start the day with a positive outlook; providing interludes of affection throughout the day to keep staff uplifted; injecting humor into each day with doggie antics; and using a low growl to alert of possible intrusions.

Additionally, from time to time Webster utilizes his talents to serve as an ice breaker with clients and fellow professionals.

Webster is extremely conscientious about his duties at Ohana. He was allowed one day off for routine but important male puppy surgery, and was allowed another day off to participate in day care, while most of the Ohana team was at training; but other than that he has not missed a day of work since he started.
