How to Appoint Ohana

Thank you for considering Ohana to be your fiduciary. If you are interested in learning more about our services, we encourage you to contact us to arrange a meeting. In that meeting we will introduce our company and discuss how our services may be a fit for your situation. After meeting with us, the next step will be for you to arrange for an attorney to draft the documents that appoint us. Ohana does not draft self-appointing legal documents. Once you have executed any documents that name us, please follow up with us for the next steps.

Ohana can be named in your documents by inserting the name of our company (“Ohana Fiduciary Corporation”) in any appointed roles. Click on the individual role descriptions on the Services page for more information on those roles.
