Trust & Estate Account Management Team
Account Managers serve as the primary contact at Ohana for their clients. In doing so, they also manage their clients’ financial affairs, which includes budget preparation, cash flow management, bill-paying, investment monitoring, income tax return coordination, and other financial issues unique to given clients' circumstances. They work closely with the persons involved with the management of our clients' care to ensure that each client's unique needs and preferences are upheld in the process of managing the financial affairs.
Ohana's Property Manager assumes responsibility for oversight of our clients' real and personal property; timely payment of real property taxes, insurance premiums, and mortgage payments; management of maintenance and repairs to real property; coordination with contracted property managers for multiple-dwelling buildings; inventory of our clients' personal possessions; and management of storage units and safe deposit boxes.
Lynn M. Tilger, CPG
SENIOR Manager
Lynn came to Ohana as a Financial Manager in 2011 with approximately 20 years of experience in bookkeeping, office management, and property management positions that also involved financial reporting, budget management, tax reporting, audit facilitation, event organization, and property management. Lynn was promoted to the position of Senior Manager in 2020.
Lynn holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Norwegian, as well as a Washington State Teachers Certification. She became a Certified Professional Guardian in 2016.
Tammy Williams
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Tammy joined Ohana after spending many years working in the fiduciary industry, first as a home care site supervisor assisting clients with living independently and providing oversight and coaching to staff, then as a client service manager handling clients financial affairs. Her duties included managing communication with clients, staff, and outside agencies including DSHS, Social Security, and Section 8. She also worked as a payroll assistant for an in-home care agency, managing payroll records and compliance.
Tammy obtained an Associate of Arts from Cascadia Community College in 2003 and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Anthropology from Washington State University in 2005.
Stacia K. Martin
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Stacia joined Ohana after working as a financial manager for over fourteen years with one of Seattle’s long established guardianship agencies. Prior to entering the fiduciary industry, Stacia worked in animal conservation and research, both at Woodland Park Zoo and Roger Williams Park Zoo in Rhode Island.
Stacia holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Psychology from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Science in Zoology/Psychology from the University of Wyoming.
Sandra Chansa
Trust & Estate account manager
Sandra joined Ohana after working as an Estate & Trust Manager at another trust company for three years. Prior to that, Sandra worked as a care manager at an assisted living facility and as a medical receptionist at a kidney center. Sandra holds a Human Resource Certificate from the University of Washington and an Associate’s Degree in Communication from Edmonds College. Sandra is also fluent in French.
Gabriel Davila

Gabe brings ten years of investment management and financial advisory experience to the Ohana Fiduciary team. Gabe holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Texas State University and also is a holder of Series 7, 63/65, and WA Insurance Producer licensesJordan Santos Compliance Analyst
Evan Jordan
trust & estate account manager
Evan joined Ohana after entering the fiduciary industry with another trust company in 2021. Prior to that, Evan worked for several years in the banking industry and as a financial advisor at an insurance/retirement product company. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Washington State University.
Heidi L. McAfee
trust & estate account Manager
Heidi joined Ohana as a Financial Assistant, primarily supporting Account Managers with processing routine tasks. After a short stint as an assistant, owing to her excellent performance she was promoted to Account Manager. Prior to joining Ohana, Heidi started her career in the non-profit industry, working initially in event support and then on the finance team as the Database Administrator for a local branch of a national non-profit organization.
Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
Nadya Sokal
Trust & Estate account MANAGER
Nadya joined Ohana after a ten-year career in banking and mortgage lending. She was a bank manager for six years and mortgage office and loan advisor for another four years. Nadya’s extensive experience with banking and financial transactions, and her strong customer service skills are a valuable addition to our company. Nadya holds a Bachelor of Applied Science - International Business Management from North Seattle College.
Karen Travis, PhD, CPG
trust & estate account Manager
Karen spent the majority of her career in academia as a professor of economics at Pacific Lutheran University. That career culminated in her role as Chair of the Department of Economics. After several years in that role, Karen became driven by an interest to serve clients and make a difference in peoples’ lives. She enrolled in the Washington State Certified Professional Guardianship Accreditation program and joined Ohana shortly after completion of the course and certification as a CPG.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Puget Sound and a PhD in Economics from the University of Washington. Karen is also a Certified Professional Guardian/Conservator.
Breahna Wilson
Trust & estate account manager
Breahna joined Ohana after several years in the banking, wealth management, and trust industries. She is also the co-founder, board member, and treasurer for a local non-profit organization providing support to students in a variety of academic disciplines.
Breahna holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Scripps College and a Masters in Humanities from the University of Chicago.
