Property Management Team

Ohana's Property Management Team assumes responsibility for oversight of our clients' real and personal property; timely payment of real property taxes, insurance premiums, and mortgage payments; management of maintenance and repairs to real property; coordination with contracted property managers for multiple-dwelling buildings; inventory of our clients' personal possessions; and management of storage units and safe deposit boxes.

Trevor Billingsley

Property manager

Trevor joined Ohana after working for nearly ten years at a property management company. Trevor brings extensive experience in real property management, vehicle management, including boats, and security.

Trevor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from American InterContinental University/Colorado State University. Trevor is also a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
